GT3076 .63 ars

Sorry I don't have your answer, but another Q - do you know the spool(rpm)/power difference between a .63 and a .82 A/R on a 997 GT30 car? I imagine you considered both options, so you may know off the top of your head... thks!

Sure but how many RPM difference for full boost, and any loss of power at lower RPMs? I'll check around for a dyno with the 2 turbos plotted against each other...
Free bump for the original poster - and sorry for the hijack.

can't really say without firsthand experience but 200-500rpm should be the window and obviously setup dependent as some cars respond differently(but that's another debate).

Hi Yousef.
The factory injectors in the 997tt were tested with the GT3071/.63 ARs to 1.65 bar where they were at 100% duty cycle on MS109 fuel. Anything higher you will need to step up the injectors a set that flows more. Go with 80 lb injectors. The factory pumps are strong on the 997tt and ave been tested up to 2.1 bar without running out of fuel pressure even when running the Gt3076/.63 ARs.
Never tested the GT3076/.63 ARs but the boost level will be close to that - maybe a little lower. If you are running GT3076 turbos, to be safe I would upgrade the injectors at anything over 1.5 bar.
If you have a Durametric cable and their software (get info on this at durametric.com) (you can pick up one of these cables from Todd @ Protomotive) you can run a data log while you are under full throttle at various boost pressures and watch your injector milliseconds and see when they are at 100% duty cycle. Start your test at 1.4 bar and work your way up in .1 bar increments until you reach 100% on the injectors. Once you find the max limit, turbo down the boost by .1 just to be safe and thats where I would run the car.
What boost pressure are you running and whats the config of your turbo now - still the same?

I would at 1.6 bar just to be safe. You will need to get the car re-flashed with a new tune file adjusted for the larger injectors as well. Check with Protomotive on that. Good Luck.

I believe the 997tt factory injectors are 60 lb stock. The factory twin pumps in the tank are good for over 800 whp easy (already tested).
