Does anybody know how to remove the front windshield defroster vent? I am trying to install a small led down in the vent that attaches to my Escort SRX radar detector. Secondly, does anybody know how hard it is to get to the vent from under the driver's side kick panel under the steering wheel.

The defroster vents are really easy to take out. The center section just pops out (I used our MAcarbon install tools) then the side sections pop out by prying from the center to the outside. I believe there are 6 or 7 clips. This only take about 5 minutes and is really easy!
