On my first tank, and I don't like what I'm seeing on the idiot gauges. I'm not driving like a maniac, but am I really getting 12.9 mpg? Jeez. What does everybody average out there in Turbo land, city/highway?

 

ROFL.... You're a leadfoot. I'm getting 18.5 avg. My baby beemer gets 22 avg, and has about 200 less hp

I get 17.5 in overall (easy) driving, but I can get 26 on the freeway in ideal conditions.

I also tend to keep the revs around 3000 in "easy" driving just because I like to hear the engine; so I imagine I could get 17.8 if I tried.

I also go through a quart of oil about every 3K miles.

 

Yes, looks good, but I *so* hate front plates. I have never put one on. I try to fly under the radar with them.

 

15.6 - Mixed 91/100 OCT with EVOMSit flash - about what I expected, if not better (somewhat spirited driving).

Just filled mine up for the first time and can attest that mpg is not this baby's strong point. But dammit it's so hard to stay off the loud pedal.

 

18.x w/ mods below, mostly weekend use.

I feel your pain. I do all city driving and get in the "high" 12s.

 

~22mpg hwy if I keep it sensible (not too likely) and ~15mpg most of the time. But hey, you didn't buy this baby for its mpg...did you?
