6speeders !! finally the 2010 PDK turbo is here ;D
I am not too sure about this, but I think there should be a conversion kit to retrofit your car with a MF wheel if you really miss it.
I ordered mine with PDK Paddle Shifts and sacrificed the MF buttons for them.

Mabrook Sayegh!! Allah ya36eek 5airhaa ew yikfeek sharhaa! Walla if i was to spec any sports car I would of done the exact same thing! My mouth was :0 when I saw it... mashallah mashallah
I had to go back and see your car again. I began to wonder how long it took the dealer to write that order with so many color variations in so many different places. I'm guessing 2hrs minimum.
Someone else asked, but I haven't see a reply yet: what does the ^^ insignia on the back mean...if it's not personal or not meant for the public at large to know?

The ^^ insignia is the logo of Behbehani Motors, the Porsche dealer in Kuwait.
Since they are the exclusive official dealer in Kuwait, they differentiate their cars from cars imported on the grey market.
Dealer bought cars fetch a higher 2nd hand price than grey market imports in Kuwait. One of the reasons for that is that the dealer will charge you a "file opening" fee of up to $3,500/- before agreeing to touch your car for servicing and repairs if you bought your car as a grey import and not through them.
For all the above, the ^^ sign on your car has over the year become a sign of slightly added prestige because it indicates that you paid the dealer premium.
Hope that clarifies it

Hooked up with Spunky yesterday and he was kind enough to show me his car and give me a ride.
1- The pictures do not do this car justice. The color combo, though not sedate by any means, is fresh and very eye-catching in the flesh. For some reason, it works well. You really have to see it in person. The only part I wouldn't do is the painted pcm surround. Apart from that, loved it. The deviating stitching in yellow looks great and brings the package together nicely. Very energetic looking car for a very energetic and thoroughly nice and amiable young gentleman.
2- PCM 3? Love it. It may not be the best system out there, but huge step-up from PCM 2. Nice graphics. iPhone hooks up with a y-cable. One end goes into the iPhone and 2 ends go into the porsche (usb + aux). This allows the iPhone to charge + to act as an iPod + to connect to the telephone system via bluetooth. All devices in one. All functions accessible via PCM touchscreen. Brilliant!
3- Acceleration? OMG! Spunky did a rolling WOT from around 30mph (50 kmph). I wasn't braced for it... My neck snapped back into the headrest. Still hurts today!
4- 4wd? Spunky took a wide moderate angle lengthy left handed sweeper turn at close to 155mph (250 kmph), Sport Plus mode and even on the throttle as he turned in. That car took the turn as if it was cemented to the tarmac! No twitching, not wiggling, no nervousness.
5- Exhaust note? Not the best out there, but certainly a lot better than the stock 997.1 exhaust. The note definitely changes to a notch lower octave and becomes more vocal as you switch from normal to Sport Plus. Would I upgrade the exhaust? Maybe, maybe not!!! Perhaps when Stef at EP finally releases their new exhaust for the 997.2TT. It is still under R&D. Until then, the stock exhaust isn't so bad at all.
Summary:
I want to thank Spunky for his generous time and warm hospitality.
That car rocks man!
