Shouldnt the car be dynoed in 4th?

 

You can dyno in either 3rd or 4th. The speed and safety factor of 4th gear on the dyno is not worth the risk. However when comparing dynos from 3rd and 4th gear, there is literally no difference. We prefer to dyno in 3rd gear. We have owned our Mustang AWD Dyno since 2005 and are very confident in the results we get based up on calibrations. What is really important with all product tests is the delta. As long as all variables are kept constant, you will show your gain or loss.

Thanks, we have been pretty successful with the valvetronic exhausts. We have one for the GTR, M5, M6, and 360.
