we fixed all the leaks ... but still the same problem .. idle still playing

The thing that makes me wonder, the car suddenly runs normal ... no problems

when i just press the gas and run hard then run normal after ,, idle plays again when am stopped!!!!

its look like the car Do not breathe,,, run 5 mins in normal drive everything back fine ,, its look like the car act crazy

 

Does it only hunt for idle on start up after cold or every time you come to a stop or push the clutch in? Check those Forge Valves you installed to see if the piston is sticking open.

 

not eveytime ,, just when the car cold and after run it hardly ...

what make me feel crazy that after mins in normal drive everything back normal !!!

takes 30 seconds then idles normal right? cold start only?

 

yes ,, but not only in cold start ,, its also when i run it hard to race idle back plays .... then 5 mins later or less it back fine !!!

 

sticking blow off valve. pull off the forge and grease the piston. check the fitting that goes on to the air filter on the driver side above the intercooler for the secondary return pump.

 

we scan everything and fix all leaks .. i will try replace the DVS with the old blow off and let you know

did you not say huge crack in exhaust headers???

 

That picture looks like you have some leaky seals on the turbos as well, it should not be that wet looking.

You get any pics of the cracked headers?

he does not have cracked headers. he has a brand new set actually.

it was the dvs .. i changed them and the car fine
