I think that it will look great! I ordered GT Silver as well, but with a natural leather interior. I left the bottom black just because I'm lazy and figured that it will hide the road tar better.

Anyone got their baby home yet. Can't wait to hear about them. I have already taped a piece of foam up on my garage wall so I can go beat the jealous thoughts out of my head while I wait for my delve.

 

Just checked on ship tracker- Wisteria Ace docked in Baltimore this afternoon. Our cars should be on the way soon!

She's been moored there all day, so I suspect that the vehicles were unloaded today. Now all that is needed is Customs release and then onto the transporter trucks. Shouldn't be long now. My dealer confirmed that the TT S was in Baltimore.

This waiting stuff is for the birds- at my age I'm into instant gratification...

 

Hope your wait ends tomw. I don't know how you are getting any sleep. I too hope I can hold on for my delve.

 

i'm a bit confused... so a car going to ny is unloaded at baltimore and then trucked up to ny?

according to this http://marinetraffic.com/ais/datashe...MMSI=319834000 the vessel actually arrived in NY on 6/13 and left the next day.

would cars destined for ny/nj seriously be taken back down to baltimore dock? doesnt seem to make the most sense... ?

 

It doesn't make sense, but the transport center for P for the East US is in Baltimore, so that's where they unload.

Just heard from the dealer. My S should be on a truck by tonight, delivery for early next week.

 

Porsche does not unload in NY....they unload in Baltimore, Brunswick GA, Houston, San Diego, (oh, and Halifax Nova Scotia too).
