Traditional vinyl (matte black and its assortments of colors) are ok for daily usage, but will not provide much protective capabilities. mils and mm are different. 1 mil is 1/1000th of an inch.

It is 8 mils not 8mm to reiterate.

Looks better on red than on silver, IMO. On silver, it looks like a matt undercoat.

Pictures don't do this 911 justice. Saw this car last weekend and it looks stunning. Congrats to the owner for such a beautiful acquisition and to Premier for doing such a great job!

The product has undergone chemical etching along with extended UV tests in the lab. Satin Guard holds up well to extreme temperatures and conditions.
