The color is dark blue metallic
I thought it would be an elegant and cozy color combo
I am happier every day about my choice
I also like that anytime i walk into my garage,i am greeted by the smell of new leather

 

That is the color my daughter picked as most appealing especially with the yellow brake calipers. Ferrari has a color like this. I think they call tour de france blue. The smell of new leather, ahhh one of the most expensive smells there is! Congrats.

Gorgeous & stunning color coordination! I have sand beige with my red but must admit to having second thought once in a while about natural brown.

I chose my color combo after noticing a C4S cab with the same one at the dealership,told the salesman...those r the colors i want!
While i was on the GT3 forum i read about someone describing how much he loved the Ring,so I asked him if he knew of any private instructors that could take me around the track
Never having tracked a car,i wanted the most experienced and user-friendly person possible
He hooked me up with the coolest driver,one that has been driving the ring his whole life
One afternoon he sat on the passenger side and i drove around the Nurburgring gp track(where they have the F1 German Gp one year out of two)
Lots of tight and technical turns,was pretty tough,but did manage to keep the car on the track
The next afternoon,i met him at the Nordschleife(green hell)
He drove me around for a few laps in my S...wowwww he was flying by everybody...then he said,your turn to drive...i replied,no way,i should not be allowed here ...upon which he stated,if u don't try it you will regret it,so I just went ahead...and love love loved it
I found it technical to drive of course,but unlike the Gp track,it left more room for instinct...15 miles of driving bliss like no other track in the world can provide
Next spring,i will go spend a few days with him on the Nordschleife,but in a GT3 i will rent...cause i definitely feel i can improve on my 10 mins best time

 

How long did you have to wait to get your car back on this side of the pond. You must have been in agony waiting for it. I would be so paranoid that some delivery/transport guy would ding it up or thrash it taking an unauthorized test drive!
