High Performance DE (NOT PCA) in NY area ?

Can anybody recommend high performance DE groups or clubs in the NY area (NJ/CT is OK too) that have regular track days and "let you" DRIVE your car ? Looking for any NY area open track day HPDE clubs where I can actually open my car up ? Anybody OTHER THAN "METRO NY PCA" would be greatly appreciated ?

Metro is a waste of time. I go with PDA mostly, a lot of variety, tons of track time. www.pdadrivingschool.com
Another is SCDA, I think SCDA1.com...
trackmasters, chin motorsports, etc all run track days as well, but these are my favs.

Agree with Above...PDA is definitional the way to go. These guys are associated with NASA (National auto sports Association) and the instruction is fantastic. I've done 2 days at NJ Motor sport park and am looking forward to more events with them.

~25 min sessions each time out and the instructors will help you drive better and even the Green run group has some pretty competent drivers.

enjoy,
Christian

All 3 provide quality events.

SCDA, NASA, PDA

There is a 2 day SCDA event an NJMP Sept 13-14th!
