In the same issue was a story that covered 'VR Alexander' in a somewhat uncomplimentary way.

The accelaration of the S is mind numbing to say the least. only a few tenths off a veyron to 60!

As far as VR goes, his legacy has been somewhat whitewashed since his death. At one point he was banned from this board for his antics after enduring fairly harsh criticism. People always try to remember the best after a person dies though. He certainly had a better collection of cars in his short life than I will ever have in mine.

 

What! No Nissan GTR? Of course that would have taken first had they included it. Sorry, I couldn't resist. By now, they were saying the Turbo would be a forgotten entity, replaced by you-know-who.
