Did search and seems the DME report seems ok (range 1 & 2 only) but still want to confirm by you experts out there.

It doesn't seem to be a particularly bad report. But what concerns me is the overrevs happened recently, meaning it was probably joy ridden by the sales rep or someone that didn't know how to drive.

Only thing you really know is that an over rev event was recorded at that hour - doesn't mean that they all occurred then. Pretty clean report.
