Coming home tonight (about a 25 mile drive) I got stopped at a red light. I pulled up to the light and pushed in the clutch and after about 2 or 3 seconds the car just stalled. All of the dash lights went red and the center display said 'PCM failure'. I started to panic as I was first in line at the light and it was rush hour (a whole bunch of cars behind me). I quickly flicked the key to 'off' and then back to 'on'. This is something familiar to me since I used to stall now and then in the first couple weeks of getting the car (aftermarket clutch). The car didn't try to turn over at all! I repeated about 4 more times and finally the car started and I took off. I'm kind of worried about driving my car tomorrow to work right now. Any thoughts? I doubt there is truly a 'PCM failure'. I had about 3/4 tank of 92 octane gas. Mods listed below. No other previous issues to tell of since taking ownership several months ago.

Hmmm..subscribed for the answer to this one. I'd take another ride to work tomorrow.

 

Made it to work this morning with no apparent issues...we'll see.
