Thinking of selling my White 997TT (record holding) thoughts

Thinking of selling my 07 997TT to get an 11 997.2 Tip. Mine is tip also and with just a tune and cat back ran 10.48.

How fast do you think I can get the 997.2 to go with just a tune and exhaust? Is it worth the extra 50k or so to upgrade?

If it is a 2011 it would be PDK or manual. There isn't a tip option that I am aware of for the 2011 997.2 TT.

That alone will be a big improvement over your '07 tiptronic. Much faster and smoother, IMHO, than any standard auto.

As far as 50k justification, only you can make that determination. For me, I would do it without question.

That's superfast just with tune and exhaust. I'd personally never trade up to 997.2 esp when 991TT or whatever they'll call it is only 2-3 years away. Unless you have money to burn, save your $50k for the new body style or perhaps another car.

Your setup works great and car is amazingly quick...this is my opinion only...I would trade up to an '08 GT2 or 997.2 GT3RS...

Never thought I would say this but really love the Auto now and am sticking with one. Love the GT2 though.
