So what is the correct oem distance from the hood? Skandalis it's 5mm but I see other pics that is almost at the edge..
Also nobody has mentioned the downforce function and the radiator cooling feature which also requires some more parts to position the radiator correctly tom take advantage of the part (and apparently reduce drag).

Check with Rennline.com they make a gt3 smile vent kit that has a template & hardware in it.

do you know where can i find or buy online Brackets and hardware to fix the gt3 smile vent to the bumper without using epoxy or glue like Rennline.com do ?

I'm not sure if I understood your question properly, but the installation video for the rennline unit shows brackets/clips, and no glue AFAIK. It does, however, leave what looks like a big gap between the smile and the hood.
