Window issues

I recently had a completely dead battery and one of the side effects has been that both the driver's and passenger windows drop down when the doors are opened, but don't go up once the door is closed. The passenger window fixed itself, but the driver's side window refuses to go up. Any suggestions before I head to the dealer?

You need to reset the windows - explained in the owner's manual - somewhere about page 29 "Storing End Position of Windows". Very easy to do.
