997.2 TTS DRLs into fog lights

Does any one offer a kit that allows turning the daytime running lights in the 997.2 TTS into fog lights? The DRLs are in a spot where one would normally expect fog lights. It would be nice to be able to turn those on independently.

Too much to hope for?

To be honest, I do not really know, since I do have a 997.1. But, on my car it is possible via software (durametric tool) to change tha fog lights to running daytime running lights. So since this is almost an identical car I guess it is possible.
Sorry for the speculation....

Major differences between 997.1 and 997.2 lights. How do you change the 997.1 foglights to be DRL - where on the Durametric menu is that feature?

I am also interested in this. I want my blinker lights to be turned into DRLs with the amber/yellows running all the time and then blink during blinker mode - I know, far fetched, but, worth a try?

I could care less about the fogs...LOL

Nico is infamous around these partsNico is infamous around these parts
if you own a 997.1tt and want the "effect" of the DRLs of the 997.2tt, i don't see the problem with switching the lever to the parking lights position and pulling once. it's pretty much the same thing with the exception of a bulb instead of a real LED bulb
