997TT Tip Owners - New Product Release

If your taking the next step in power mods on your Porsche 996 or 997 Turbo, upgrading your torque converter is a great idea. From experience, the stock torque converter is usually good to around 700 horsepower. The Tiptronic transmission requires many different upgrades to go beyond that power level, but starting with the torque converter is a must! Upgrading a torque converter is much like port and polishing a head on an engine. Our transmission partners disassemble the complete unit and modify the internals. Without giving away their trade secrets, they insist the upgrade makes this TC invincible. The stall speed is increased about 400rpm and the upgrade comes with a 1 year limited warranty. The torque converter upgrade REQUIRES you to send in your torque converter to be modified. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with more information. This usually takes about 1-2 weeks. Express work is available at an additional charge.
