interesting info...
Hello, wondering if anyone can add insight to what someone told me today.....
had my 997 tt scanned for a CEL code today that is thought to be catalytic converter related... my mechanic who installed my fabspeed exhaust when on to tell me my car is "stage 4" ? I didnt understand to well and I'll be talking with him again soon, but something about how you push the car.. apparently the scanner can read exactly how the car is driven at any time, all logs kept within the ECU... can anyone add to this, i'm a little confused.

Without seeing the actual number it's difficult to assess - it probably means you had at least one mis-shift to cause the revs to go into range 4. Usually range 1 and 2 (and maybe 3) overrevs occur when you bump up against the engine's rev limiter.
