outside temp sensor location

Hello. Anyone can help me where is the outside temp sensor located in the 997.1 turbo? after the car wash my temp stays at 67F and it stays there like 10-15 hours and then goes to normal. i guess the water gets into the sensor plug or something? can anyone tel me if he saw this problem and how to fix it? or where the sensor is located so I can look myself?

Is it accessible from outside the car or we need to take off front bumper?
