Current Porsche lineup in Germany - 46 models

Recently I've looked at Porsche's German website and found they actually make...

46 models

For the sake of having a list, here goes:

Boxster:

-Boxter
-Boxter S
-Boxter S Black Edition
-Boxter Spyder

Cayman:

-Cayman
-Cayman S
-Cayman S Black Edition
-Cayman R

911:

-911 Carrera
-911 Carrera S
-911 Carrera Cabriolet
-911 Carrera S Cabriolet
-911 Carrera 4
-911 Carrera 4S
-911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet
-911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet
-911 Carrera GTS
-911 Carrera 4 GTS
-911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet
-911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet
-911 Carrera Black Edition
-911 Carrera Black Edition Cabriolet
-911 Targa 4
-911 Targa 4S
-911 Turbo
-911 Turbo S
-911 Turbo Cabriolet
-911 Turbo S Cabriolet
-911 GT3
-911 GT3 RS
-911 GT3 RS 4.0
-911 GT2 RS
-911 Speedster

Panamera:

-Panamera
-Panamera Diesel
-Panamera S
-Panamera 4
-Panamera 4S
-Panamera S Hybrid
-Panamera Turbo
-Panamera Turbo S

Cayenne:

-Cayenne
-Cayenne Diesel
-Cayenne S
-Cayenne S Hybrid
-Cayenne Turbo

If we were to take other limited edition models into consideration, like the 918 Spyder (TTS) or Sport Classic or that China limited edition or future ones such as the Cayenne Turbo S, Porsche would have a lineup that would be equal in number to the one BMW has in USA or Mercedes (BMW has 57 or so models).

For the 996 generation in the EU Porsche had 16 models, now currently at 25 in the list + Sport Classic + 918 Spyder = 27. For the 991 we can expect 35 or so?

Pretty soon Porsche will run out of names and spare parts...
