If it takes 3 minutes to turn off the light, you should have the mechanic wax your car for the remaining 57 minutes. Your paying for it..

How's this for Porsche tax? I was getting my bumper repainted to get rid of minor rock chips, and the body shop charged me 30 bucks to remove the side markers--each! Really? I mean, really? I can disconnect the side markers in 5 seconds!

Do they pay their employees $10,000 an hour?

quit complaining ;)

I assume you saved a few thousand by not buying from this dealer? So even after $125, you're still ahead. And you want them to do you a favor?

Can't have it both ways.

I haven't had to get the tool for my Porsche yet. But I had one for my pervious car (BMW M Roadster), and the tool could definitely reset the service light. It would surprise me if the tool for the Porsche couldn't do the same.
