Road racing can be dangerous vid:997 vs Golf turbo
This is really sad. Was looking for a Porsche 997 turbo video, but stumbled upon this video. I hope everyone learns from this.

Thats a shame.. It looks like the porsche just clipped the front of that golf and sent it off the road.

Or maybe the avoiding action to the left was counteracted to heavily by the golf's driver and it got out of control at that speed. Believe me, a (tuned) Golf is nowhere near as safe at high speed like a real sport's car.
