Does anyone have a recommendation on an insurance company that will cover full replacement value on modified cars?

Chubb, Chartis or ACE come to mind. Call your broker.

Leland also if you drive low miles and want collector type coverage.

Leland West gave me the best rate as compared to Hagerty. Also felt that 'pleasure use' was explained more definitively.
