Not Carlsen. When I got my TT-S earlier this year. They let me walk on a $700 discrepancy in price. I ended up paying several thousands less than I offered them with another dealer.

Yes! That is one of the reasons I think I'm going with white, along with being much easier to keep clean.

If it were me I would go with a cab for the 911 and I don't even care for cabs. Once the real event arrives it seems like the coupe version wouldn't cut it with a 918 in the garage. At least the cab would be good for strolling around in.

 

I didn't care for cabs either until I bought one a year or so ago. The exhaust note in a cab is more intoxicating. The wind doesn't beat you up in a Porsche as it does in others. I think you would like it. Unless you race, then everythng changes.

 

But why get a 997TTS when the new 991TT is just around the corner?

 

Well, it depends on what right around the corner means. I am being told 1 1/2 to 2 years.
That's a lot of turbo time! You take a big hit when ever you trade. I have lost more money than I planned everytime. I usually trade cars every year or two anyway. The 997TTS is a fantastic car as I am sure the 991TTS will be also.

 

My POV, the silver is going to be the 'classic version' as the 918 is silver. if you really want to make that connection then its the only choice. I agree that the white with all the carbon and black will be amazing. AND no question that the black/black would be the meanest. I'd be torn between the silver and black. (if i was so lucky to have that choice!
