Torque Wrench recommendation pls: digital or analog? Which one is "best"?
Dial wrenches like the one Neil suggested are good Can as are some of the other reasonably priced ones that have been mentioned, particularly for your purposes. Proto also makes good quality dial wrenches. I'm going to be pushing the motor so I really need accurate torque values, especially for engine related fasteners which is why I got the wrench I did with a calibration certificate. Of course, the shop has their own torque wrench but this is something that I got for myself and to be used only for my project. It would be an overkill for your project, imho.

Thanks Dave (& everyone) I did buy Sears #2 for reasons you mentioned. Surprisingly, it's made in US, not China.
Now I just need to wait for my golfer's elbow (as dx'ed by the wife) http://orthopedics.about.com/cs/elbo...lferselbow.htm to subside before I start the "project."
Amazing the choices mentioned for such a seemingly simple question!
