Question about the 997 Turbo front bumper

Question about the 997 Turbo front bumper
I have seen 2 variations of the 997 Turbo front bumper....one that is WITHOUT the "smiley" grill just in front of the trunk, and one WITH the smiley grill. Is this an option? An after market mod? Are they both OEM bumpers? I have been thinking of replacing my 997s front bumper with the turbo bumper, and I really like the one with the grill, but I would only use an OEM (polyurethane) bumper.

Any info would be appreciated.

The gt2 bumper comes with it stock...If you see a turbo bumper with the vent, somebody has mod'd the bumper for it to be there...
