Are you changing the master cylinder and ?? to make the TT clutch feel like the GT3 (or GT3RS). I can't quite remember the parts necessary and could not search the threads.

Any help will be appreciated. Please post or PM me. Thank you.

The Turbos have a clutch assist system making the pedal soft, this can be removed and be replaced with a GT2 setup for a firmer pedal feel which is also less prone to failing. The 996's the accumulators leaked very often.

The conversion kit is $990 PM me if you'd like to order one.

Taso @ TKX will get you sorted properly, dont even think about RPM.... I have a small indy mechanic who did all the work on my turbo as well, no where nearly as big as these other shops (nor does it have the forum presence). If you want the info shoot me a PM, but TKX is the way to go.

The more important question is what kind of power is your car putting down?

That'll be a deciding factor in which clutch you go with, and what the overall cost is. I can recommend a couple shops in NJ if you don't mind driving. Feel free to PM me.

Tkx and rpm used to be the same shop, rpm racing.
They split when taso wanted to do more hard core stuff and rpm the bling.
I used to use tkx, but kept getting blown off by the junior guy bc all I needed was a track tech(after spending$$). Turned me off, went elsewhere.
Tkx is great, but also check out mms Bobby Singh, very good.

^^ I am looking for the labor charges and not the price of the clutch itself. From the looks of it, it seems like a lot of people make changes to their Clutch master to mimic that of a GT2 to have added power withstanding.
