I couldnt punch it at 70 MPH with R888's or MSC's w/o it spinning.
Congrats on the beast. Wow, can't imagine spinning the tires at 70mph!!!

You're actually quite right about that boggy. I hadn't thought of that. Not the most desirable situation. This is certainly where AWD has its distinct advantages in managing that level of torque and HP eh. It's comforting to know if you plant it WOT at 70mph all the power is being converted into forward motion, not wheel spin that could shift you off line and out of control....into a bush. I've often wondered at what level does too much power become superflous in a car like this. Not taking away from the fact the mods to this car are an achievement especially looking at the numbers. Wow!

Tires, Modulation, and C16

It is not a very safe feeling but I have experienced wheel spin at high speed in now both my big builds; the other being my z06.

There are several ways to get around it. The first and most obvious is drag radials. I have not experienced out of control wheel spin with DR's in the GT2. The second is knowing the car and how it will react. Knowing where the peaks are and slamming gears with that in mind is a must. The third is really akin to the 2nd..........modulating the power preventing the car from breaking loose in most any situation. I actually feel very safe in the car; the car is controllable.

The final dyno run's on SlowTip's GT2 were done using a mixture of C16 and 100 Oct (mostly C16)....and running about 28-29psi boost.

sick build but it looks like a matchbox with the wheels. Way too much rubber showing and the black makes them look like 13's

However very very impressive.

Thank you.

The pieces don't really align. Really nice built engine...C16...29psi...and 835whp?

It's hard to tell without looking at a graph but perhaps the VTGs are holding it back a bit? I would expect an A30 or equivalent to make a bit more peak power. Perhaps the VTGs were chosen for more low end/response?

Not a dig on the car or your work, just trying to understand how it all fits together.

Dynograph

This is a dynograph prior to the final tune. The final tune resulted in primarily higher torque and incredibly smooth, strong acceleration. If there is interest I will post the final dynograph soon. This graph represents using C16.

What brand CF hood and fender air inlets did you use?
Are you happy with the quality?
