Performance Mods to 2010-12 997 TT

From what I've heard, the 997.1 Mezger engine is more robust, desirable, and mod friendly compared to the 997.2. But by how much? All the mods I hear about are on 997.1 cars. What about a 2011 6M 997.2 TT for a stage 1 or 2 mod?

Questions:
1. I'd be happy with 650hp on 91-93 octane. Is that reliably achievable?
2. What are the hp and torque limits on a stock 997.2 engine? Transmission? Piston rods?
3. Have there been any reliability or durability issues on the stock 997.2 engine? How about modded 997.2 cars?
4. Comparing 997.1 and 997.2, which has sportier stock suspension?
5. What exhaust mod sounds closest to a GT3 without droning or sounding like a farm tractor at low rpm? I am looking for a throaty, deep, but refined sound when pushed. On a few mods, I heard the whine of the turbos sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard at lower rpm - not the desired effect!

Thanks

I know this year we will all know what's limit on the 997.2 engines. For now go with reflash and DV's.

Regarding exhaust u need to go with X-Pipe chamber Exhaust system

Well, I don't want to miss out on a 997.2 that I've been eying. I figured the 997.1 won't have much left in the form of warranty. That's why I wanted to ask for future mods. I won't doing any engine mods until the warranty expires. However, I definitely want to change the exhaust to a deeper less vacuum type cleaner sound. I not that versed in Porsche acronyms - Who makes the x-pipe chambered exhaust? What is the reflash and DV?

Thanks

Thank you drsullivan for the link. Most likely, I'll do the exhaust mod first - mostly to get a more impressive sound (without sounding obnoxious at idle and cruising speed). After the warranty is up, I'll consider engine mods.
