Need Bluetooth Advice

Hi Guys,

I'm going to go and "look" at a 2008 Turbo Cab this Sunday, currently have a 2004 C4S Cab, but have been advised that it has NAV, but no bluetooth. I added a Kenwood radio to my C4S, but have problem with the phone intermitently cutting out with the top down. I would want to keep the factory radio, but do want bluetooth without sticking stuff to my dash. Is there some way the factory radio can be adjusted/something. What do you recommend, Thanks!

Yes - went with the mobridge addon; it gives me bt and ipod with the OEM PCM, works great, but there is no question that the garmin Nav in the Kenwood was far superior to the Porsche PCM, but I don't know if there is a way to get the steering wheel controls to work with an aftermarket radio. It wasn't cheap, I'd also check out the Dension unit, have heard good things about it; Check it out with Eric at Bumperplugs.

Eric,

I'm also interested in the OP's query.

Does the Dension bluetooth integration kit allow streaming of music via bluetooth?

Any DIY videos or instruction. Or do we have to take it to an installer.

Was just curious if these add-ons invalidate the warranty somehow?

Thanks Eric and thanks OP.

I have the NAVTV system in my 07 and it adds blue tooth, i-pod control and sat radio. It works as advertised utilizing the oem display and functions.

Yes, the Dension allows streaming audio (Pandora, iTunes, etc) AND getting calls simultaneously.

Full featured, and the most bang for the buck, retention of cdc if needed, easily updated, etc. Dension has many great features for the money.

We have units in stock and ship within one business day for anyone needing iPod/Aux/USB/Bluetooth. Email me anytime with questions: eric@bumperplugs.com or hit the Order page at BumperPlugs.com

Thanks.
