997 Turbo

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to get your opinions on making the switch to the P-car world. I've been contemplating about selling my Aston in order to jump into a 997 Turbo or .1 GT3. Absolutely love my car, but I tend to get the itch to switch rides pretty quickly. Before I bought the AM (via 6speed ), I was pretty close to pulling the trigger on an '08 Turbo, but decided against it... Wish I could have both, but I just wouldn't be able to drive each enough. Plus, I'd like my next car to be a DD and think the Turbo would be the better option in that regards. I'm relatively new to Porsche, so any suggestions on what to look out for and etc when researching would be greatly appreciated. I'll continue sifting through this 997 Turbo sub-forum as well ...

Cheers,
Aman

I went from a 997 turbo to an AM vantage. If you are bored with your AM then get the turbo it's an incredible car. Even though I don't regret getting the Aston I wish I still had the TT it was super reliable and sooooo fast :-) So if you have that itch to get something different go for it you will love it.
