Throttle induced slight noise: Not turbo's

So in cruising down the highway at 2400+ rpm and around 75+ I hear a slight whine. Right first thing I thought was turbos. 0 PSI and as soon as I let off the sound stops. Which killed the tranny question. Sound is almost like electrical interference, like you have the AM radio on. Turned the radio off to make sure.

Anyone have any ideas? I didnt notice it before.
