Suncoast Shipments to Canada

I went on-line to order some small, light items from Suncoast (clear side marker lights, set of plastic trim removal tools and a tire pressure gauge), and their website quoted me a shipping charge of $250!!! Has anyone else in Canada ordered from Suncoast and either got similar shipping charges or managed to get shipping costs that are reasonable?

I have ordered from Pelican Parts in the past and their shipping prices have been much, much cheaper than $250.

I would give them a call. I'm in the states but have found them to be great to work with. Could just be a glitch. Sh*t happens with computers.

If I'm not mistaken, there is an email address you can send a shipping quote request.
I had the same problem when I ordered my short shift kit and they manually changed the shipping fee for me.

Yea, it's a glitch. If you continue to the checkout page, we now have a freight forwarding service which will quote for all International shipping. They typically have better rates than UPS or FED Ex, and they also quote with tax, duty, and brokerage. So no suprises at delivery time, like UPS! Check it out, we just launched it last week.

I have placed my order, and while still expensive (although I don't think more than others), the shipping and duty was less than half the original "glitch" quote for shipping. It is also much nice to know the total charge rather than get that ugly surprise on delivery seeking brokerage fees, duty and tax.

Thanks for the follow up. Glad it worked out with new Bongo system.

Let us know if there is anything we can help you out with in the future.
