2012 Porsche Turbo Cab Help

I was originally going to buy a new 991 S but saw a 2012 Turbo Cab for sale at a dealer. Given 2013s are now out, what type of discount off of MSRP can I get? They have had it for several months. MSRP is just over $160k. Was going to custom order a Carrera S that worked out to $140k. So I was thinking maybe go the 2012 Turbo route instead assuming I could get a nice discount.

Any real-world advice on pricing expectations would be greatly appreciated. I've seen a 2013 for the same price and I would expect 2012s to sell at a discount.

Also, any changes in 2013 versus 2012?

Thank you for your help.

I am looking at a few 2012 TTS cabs at various dealers and discounts range from 5k off to 10% off msrp on a new car.

Go in with a 10% discount discussion to start with. From what I am hearing from all the dealers is that the 991 is not moving as they thought so they are pretty much ready for deals.

There is always another rung just a little higher up the ladder, it depends on your budget. One word of caution is that all 997TT's will drop in value the moment the 991TriT hits the streets. So if your budget allows, and you can wait a bit, I would go for the 991TriT as it will hold value and awe much longer.
