Porsche of Tysons - great service

I'm sure some of you saw my rant about Porsche of Tysons recently. Instead of posting "they fixed it" on a buried thread I wanted to post a brand new thread with a more positive title and theme.

There was a misunderstanding when I ordered a no-drill license plate bracket and the front end was, in fact, drilled into. Chad (the service manager) ordered a new factory-fresh bumper, had it painted and baked, then (for a very reasonable fee) had it wrapped in 3m clearbra.

I could not be happier. I'm glad we're all friends again and am looking forward to trading in the gf's Lexus @ Porsche of Tysons for a Cayenne when she demands kids in a year or two.

They didn't want to buy you a new bumper but you made them do it anyway. If I was you, I would be careful dealing with them 'coz they know you are aren't going to be an easy customer to deal with, so watch out

Also I don't think they would buy the 2-3 year trade in story either....

Good Luck dealing with them going forward

I am glad it worked out for you and they did the right thing. It can be surprising sometimes how much effort it takes to get people to do the right thing.
