Although I follow this board, I seldom post. However, I want to thank Mike at RSS for his outstanding service in installing swaybars, droplinks, and a Cargraphic exhaust on my 2008 TT. Although the mods were simple, the Cargraphic exhaust had a "fitment problem" that resulted in the right side muffler being visibly lower than the left when viewing the rear of the car. This was not an installation fault but a manufacturing problem. I was given options of ordering a new Cargraphic exhaust, ordering a different exhaust, or returning to stock. A new Cargraphic exhaust was ordered and fits fine. Given the circumstances, the customer service I received could not have been better. As far as the mods are concerned, my car has 66K miles and I should have done this five years ago. Significant improvements in handling, steering response, and engine response with no detrimental effects. The car is more "sporty" and feels quicker but comfort is not compromised.
