Durametric code and dealers?

Got my durametric scanner and found an error code in the engine section:
C1212
Boost pressure electric actuator b1 stiff
Implausible signal

So, the question is should I tell the dealer I saw the code? It's a CPO 2007. Do they have issues with people getting their own codes?
Thanks

Is the check engine light on?

If the light is off the code could be stale. (It depends upon which service number the Durametric tool used to "read" the code.)

If the check engine light is on take the car in and have the issue addressed. That's what the CPO warranty is for.

I've read the codes from my cars and the dealer/techs know this. I tell them this but let them make the diagnosis. That's their job.

Hi,
Thanks. The Check Engine Light is not on. I also checked the codes with the engine off. I don't know if this makes a difference.
Anyhow, I have a different issue with the boost (gauge only shows 0-14psi...supposed to be 0-18) so I'll have them check the boost when I take my car out for the spring in a couple of weeks.
Thanks
