Need to do steel rotors and pads for street.R there pads that r quiet AND low dust?

Need to do brakes and pads. Rotors will be oem but are there any better pad options then stock wrt dust?

Check out EBC. They have low dust pads. The low dust pads are not usually good for track work though.
