I purchased a Dension 500S in July last year when they first came out. In the past few weeks, I noticed a clicking noise from my amp in the rear, and a few times when PCM woke up with the MOST loop disrupted...unable to find the Nav module, etc. It then went dead.

Eric sent a replacement unit Priority Mail to me without requiring my previous one in exchange. Included a shipping label for return of my old defective unit. While Dension has a warranty, Eric made sure I didn't need to jump through any hoops.

I thank him for that. Excellent service, no questions asked.

Eric is great, he did the same for me back in 2008.
Incidentally, my 500s did the same thing until I updated it, so far so good.
But, I did disable the BT function, which sucks, installed tooki, which rocks!
