Wheel Weight stock vrs. better looks?

Wheel Weight stock vrs. better looks?
I recently bought rims for my turbo. I noticed that the wheelweight is 4lbs per corner vrs the old stock setup. What is the performance lost can I expand old wheel weight setup? With 16lbs on the rotation that is?
Can I now, as always, outrun that lambo that I was running against today? "I won every time though" His car sounded sick though. By the sound made another driver swerve in fear! I have the Europipe stage 2 and never could make that happen. love the sound but "wow" sound was more incredible on that lambo! Hopefully he is posting something similar about my little 6..?
