What sort of power HP could I expect to lose for 16lbs. total on the rotational part of the car (i.e. rims-tires?)

I took off a total of 64lbs from the wheels and tires that I had on the car (15 each from the front and 17 each from the rear) and my seat of the pants could not tell. When I noticed a little of difference was when hitting bumps I wouldn't feel the corner bouncing up as much.
