Any Experience with Mini Cat O2 Extensions?

Hi guys. I came across these mini cat O2 extensions, and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them? They seem like a pretty good idea, but I've played with cars for a long time and never heard of anyone using them. Do they work? 100% of the time? If so, they seem like a no-brainer with an aftermarket catless exhaust. I'm interested in getting an aftermarket exhaust, but I don't necessarily want to get a tune immediately, so this seems like an obvious solution if it works as advertised. Thanks.

Hi there,

Not familiar with these, but when I bought a new exhaust I was directed here, and these are high quality as you can see from the link. I DO have a tune, so was able to remove them with no CEL!

If you end up going this route I have a set of these hardly used with new copper washers. You can PM me if interested. No biggie if not, just offering. Will likely sell on eBay or something at some point.

Good luck!

circuiticon is infamous around these parts
I tried the ones from maxspeed on my car and they didn't work. He sent me a second set to try and they didn't work either. It was a big let down since they were guaranteed to work.

When I emailed them about it, I was offered a $40 refund if I returned them and gave him a tracking number. Some guarantee.

I guess I'll just have to tinker with a nonfouler.
