Hey guys

So left my car standing for a week, started it filled up with shell vpower and went to dinner 10 mile journey.

Leaving restraunt carpark and yellow engine light comes on "visit workshop"

No difference in power or idle so drove home, connected duramatic and it came with no fault codes,

Any ideas??

If it is not flashing, usually nothing critical. Even though you have no codes, I would "clear all codes" in Durametric and drive a little more to see what happens.

One easy thing to check is to ensure you put the gas cap on properly. If not it will cause a venting issue. Open up your cap, and reinstall and make sure it clicks and is seated properly....then drive a bit and see if it comes back?

Run a obd2 port scan, if the cel is on, then you are throwing a code. Maf?

 

Lights gone off by itself,,, all I did was drive it local here and there.

Is there anything I should check or look out for?.
