Hiccup in 1st gear

Hiccup in 1st gear
Normally goes away after the car warms up, but the car has a hiccup at about 3500-4000 rpm in first gear. Is this normal?

No this isn't normal. No idea what it is but I cant imagine any car maker including $15k chevy's accepting hiccups in any gear.
