Just Purchased a 2009 Turbo w/ PCCB
Congrats! I am pretty much looking for the same car for over a year now but in a different color. For some reason all the 09 TTs I keep coming across are black, TIPs or convertibles.... all deal breakers for me.
Your car looks really good.

Thanks! What color are you looking for?
Awesome! It looks great. It took me 2 years to find mine with all my options and color I wanted. I even found one that I could speak to the two prior owners. Every time I drive or even see it I'm smiling ear to ear. Enjoy it!
I like the jelly bean colors but open to all colors except black or green.
-Guards Red
-Speed Yellow
-White
-All Silvers
-Cobalt Blue
Black Int is a must......
I have all the patience in the world for the right car.

If you want a 2009 I think they changed the Cobalt to Aqua.
This thread is making me feel really good about my recently acquired white/black 2009 TT, 6 speed, PCCB's, CL's finished in metallic grey, Sports Chrono, limited slip, sports steering wheel, sports shifter, heated adaptive sports seats, XM, bluetooth, audio interface, illuminated sills. CPO, and it's a blast to drive…..

Fskof, I count myself as lucky to find the car I did after only a month of serious looking (I had spent the previous month doing some research as I was waiting for another car to sell). After narrowing my search to a TT I relied primarily on four sources, DuPont Registry, E-bay, cars.com and the Porsche factory site (you can do a national search of all the Porsche dealers inventory). At least once a day I would refresh my search on each of these sites to see what had popped up in the last few hours, I got a little obsessive in the process and of course many of the cars popped up on multiple sites. I was looking nationally, but was able to drive multiple examples of 6 speed 997.1's and a few TTS's which I also considered at dealers around So Cal where I live. In one respect So Cal is an advantage given how many cars are around as it's always better to be able to check a car our personally without relying soley on a third party inspection, although I was fully prepared to do that for the right car.
I found my car on the Porsche site, it had just been listed with photos to follow. It was at Rusnak in Pasadena, only an hours drive from my home. I called to inquire about the car and they said it had yet to be detailed, but I visited the dealer the next morning while the car was still on the rack in the service dept having the low air pressure sensors replaced ( gave me an excellent opportunity to check the car out underneath). I negotiated a deal that day. I have no doubt it wouldn't have lasted long in their inventory.
It was in my preferred color of white/black and had all the good stuff; CPO, PCCB's, Cl's (very rare on an 09, added by the dealer after purchase), limited slip, sports shifter, sports chrono, thicker steering wheel, heated adaptive sports seats. As a rare 09 it has the later electronics with bluetooth, XM, touch screen etc. I really liked the turbo S as well, but was conflicted on the PDK (advised to get an 11 example due to improved software on the PDK) and they still have a much bigger depreciation hit ahead compared to the 09. I probably kept 30 K in my pocket going with the 09 over a really good price on an 11 TTS. I've also heard really good things about the Mezger engine in my 09, the last TT to have it.
That's the process I went through, but in the end you need to be at the right place at the right time and be able to pull the trigger when you find the right car.
Good luck, there's always a car out there for you. Bryan
