with 1.7bar and E85 you should pull him much harder...when you said that you didnt feel any gain above 1.85bar,were you refering to A30/76 or hta35?

after 1.85 - did not feel much gain - 3076s

about vs this bike - dunno - it was fast - he said it was stock .. he had a pipe on it but he said nothing else .. I was hoping for more too .. but it is what it is .. maybe he is a good rider .. maybe he had more mods /freak ..or somethig is not dialed in on my car but seems to be doing ok so far.

Is yours 3586 ? Only asking for comparison bec car feels FAST. Out of curiosity I tried 1.9 Bar (77% duty cycle on boost controller- 68% was 1.7BAR) once i got down from elevation... car was violent breaking all 4 loose on 3rd gear ...

...maybe the sweet spot is just kicking in ?

My experience shows 3076's make power up to 30-32 psi, past that they are done.

3076 - i had the smaller hot sides - think 63s . Mine wre not HTAs nor billet - straight up GT3076Rs

these were my first non-official runs .. motor has about 800 miles on it ... first time on 1.7 logged the car lambdas seemed to be ok (under .80s - the correction was pegged @ .75 till 1.4 bar - wondering if it is too rich, as I raised to 1.7 they were in the .8Xs ) - timing was steady 21ish .. I figured it is safe .. but I still need to send it to Todd K and get his blessing . possible correction.

Will try some 60-130s soon (also need better tires) i have MPSCs and they feel like they need to be warmed up or else forget it ...

Congrats. Your car sounds fantastic..
We have quite similar build... I am curious on your 60-130. My car is 4100cc tiptronic though with syvecs standalone ecu, 3586hta gt3 intake protomotive head porting, @ 1.8bar.
I have 60-130 3.62sec.
I want to try bigger turbos though...

THAT is smoking .. I wish my car would do anyyyything in the 3s...
Are you e85 ? what injectors are you running ? wonder what the results would have been if Todds tune was on your car .. better ? worse ?

I think I may have a chance if i get a Rader transmission / gears ... but i think OEM 997 TT gearing is NOT ideal for 60-130 times... 3s - you need to be perfect in all aspects .. in a 6sp vs Tip

I mix methanol with fuel, with syvecs flex fuel sensor. (It understands by itself how much methanol i have in tank and alters the ignition angle..) if i have just pump fuel my car is slower.. I have 1600cc black ops injectors with todds fuelling pump system. (Black ops are very good at high boost but i believe that are worse than bosch on idle.. You can run Q16 though or vp import with them) Todd is a very good programmer but i believe he cant tune a car to its limit from durametric logs over internet.. I am sure he can tune it perfectly at his dyno... (If you understand what i mean). It is very hard to program also stock ecu.. Ryan@syvecs programmed my car on a dyno and on the road..

Yes tiptronic is perfect for 60-130 as i need to change only one gear. I have raised the rev limiter to 7800 at 3rd gear though...

Damn 3.6?!?!? Aisxos that's awesome!!! I can't wait to get my 3076's back with rods and e85. I did a 4.9 stock motor. Rods and e85 I'm shooting for a 4.5 at about 28lbs. I def gotta see your car if I come to Greece next year.

few more over the weekend ..
vs GTR - A9 - he dynoed 690 AWHP on mustang @26 psi - he was running me at 24 PSI due to tranny. I am @ 1.4 bar {CORRECTION 1.7 BAR - NOT 1.4} w a few issues.. broken rear sway bar drop link (driver side ) car get squiggly. Clutch - cant find some gears every now and then hence the granny shifting .. crappy tires .. spinning etc...

COBB VTG68 E85 both 20PSI - he was having hooking issues

Nice vids!
Such a pitty the gt-r races werent clean runs, but I know that movie Raced some GT-Rs too up to 750hp and the outcome was quite the same, I wasnt boosting more than 1.6bar

I raced (me at 1.45bar) a loba750 68mm upgraded vtg 997.1 tip and when the 997.1 used meth cars were equal till 170mph and on pump only was like 2-3 cars behind, 997.1 was just a bit faster at low speeds thanks to the tip transmission and MT was faster after 200kmh, regular shifting tough with the MT

Now turn up the boost and get a GT-R in your league that will be a very interesting to see

GSX-Rs modded can be very fast and near to Bmw S1000RR territory if driven well, I had big problems with a modded K7 110-280kmh, I was boosting no more than 1.75bar and normal shifting but still... 3rd gear we were equal, when shifting to 4th he jumped and after that was catch race.. sometimes I was able to catch him and sometimes not.. nevertheless the 996tt was surely much much faster above 210-220kmh...

that K7 revs till 14.000rpms, had every bolt on possible and I suspect maybe even more... as I literally destroyed modded R1s, CBR1000RRs and others at much lower boost and this GSX-R K7 1000 was a rocked compared to those... the bike driver is also nuts... doing wheelies even at 200kmh and turns in traffic 270kmh, etc..but I guess he knows exactly how to put all the power down and was a BIG surprise for me to get beaten some of the races even I won some, we raced like 20 times or so ... last race I got caught by the police radar... was quite a moment as turned to be a speed ticket record of all times for that car/radar equipment and for the highway too, it wasnt even programmed to display my actual speed... I had a go-pro installed, quite a crazy vid..

Sorry for being so descriptive and long into your thread but thought our experiences are somehow similar even your car is in another class compared to mine ... Congrats and waiting for some new movies

Thank you... Would love to ... but the braking area is what scares me as I've heard it from a few folks... I really wanted to bring out my Audi as in the 1/3 it may outshine my P Car.. but it has HORRIBLE brakes.. think when it makes the boost - there is no more vacuum left for brake assist. On GTX28s I laid down 714 AWHP on a hear breaker Dyno Dynamics

The braking area is no problem at all with the P-car. At the last event, I could come to a complete stop before the turn after accelerating through the finish line.

1/3 mile at higher elevation favors cars with grip, and no turbo lag. So you should bring your Porsche for sure. Last Big Willow event I kept up with and beat cars with much more power (measured at sealevel dynos) last time with just a tune+plenum at 18psi on a pump 91 tune. Looking forward to what I can do at 24psi + race gas + FBO.
