I can provide pics of that soon. I already have painted gt2 sides on, my new front lip here arrives tues and will be in the painters hands on Wednesday. I think it will play nicely with the gt2 sides and TechArt rear lower and spoiler. Excited.

New guy here. I get my lip on Tuesday, and I don't even have the car yet. Having some trouble getting it shipped from MN. I saw this thread and bought the lip with the idea of painting it and the side skirts when the car gets here, but based on all of the informative posts here, I'll probably just go the plastidip route. Thanks for all the good info.

Ok so I received mine last night. Thanks to the first member here early on who recommended plasti dip. I had never used it before and did 4 coats. Put it on this morning. Thanks to the other member who recommended putting on the lip from the middle and then stretching it over the ends. The OEM one was always a tight fit too so this was no different. My impressions so far: Plasti dip was a great idea however, it looks darker than the OEM side skirts that are on (I've never replace those and not sure if it's as simple of a DIY as the front lip). So to the trained eye, the car will look slightly darker in the front than the side. Also, the two screw holes that are precut in the spoiler are too damn small. I wish I had drilled them a little bigger before putting it on. Other than that, it looks good and is better looking than the OEM. However, due to the rains, I haven't taken it out to see how it looks in the light. If it's easy to do, and anyone can share how to do it, maybe a good idea would be to remove the side skirts, and the little plastic pieces under the intercoolers and plasti dip them as well so the car looks symmetric. Thanks to all that shared on this topic!

The installed spoiler has 5 coats of black Plastidip and the close up pic shows how shinny the pre-dipped plastic is.

Thx!, Plastidip is sooooo easy to use. If I'd known more about Plastidip before I started this I would have purchased the Plastidip primer (it does not come off and if it's black that would have worked out well).

Is the plastic dip a spray can? I have plastic dip but it's a liquid dip. What spray is being used on the lip? my lip is on the way.

I finally got my old front lip off. you really have to pull at it. the front bumper bends and as every tab comes out it makes a loud pop! scary.

I don't have any plastidip and I want to put the new lip on... ugh. lol
