COBB Announces Porsche 911 Turbo Support
e85 might not be as easy with the direct injection. You would need modified HPFP
Sorry for the delay guys I was out of town. More on that later.
Yes we will add 100 Octane maps to our database here in the near future. They are already almost done for the 997.1 and should be out in the next few weeks.
E85 on the DI cars is something we will look into but we need to test the limits of the DI system. May do something like we do on the BMW's with a partial mix of ethanol-- e35 or something. This has great gains on the BMW and I figure it will work well on the .2 cars if we can get the rest of it sorted, which shouldn't be too hard.
We are always working on new features. Last week I went to Austin to talk about what is next for this platform in terms of custom features. Things are looking pretty good for you guys
As always please feel free to email me with any questions any of you may have. I would be happy to answer them. Past few weeks have been very busy for me, and this week will be too, but I will make sure to find time for your questions!
Thanks everyone,
-Mitch
Can you share what was talked about in Austin?
