Car Cover to Block Spring Pollen Deluge

I have the nice indoor Porsche car cover for my TTS. However, even in the garage, fine pollen particles in the spring slip through the indoor cover onto the car. We get a lot of pollen in Atlanta, so want to prevent this. I would like to put something over the indoor cover to block all pollen from the car. Cheap covers from the auto store run $130+. If I was going to get an outdoor cover, I’d fork a little more for the Porsche outdoor cover at $270. But both the auto store brand and the Porsche brand outdoor covers are water resistant, not waterproof. Will they completely block this deluge of tiny pollen particles? Or do I need to get something completely non-permeable, like $45 4 mil plastic sheeting, such as:

I brought my cover from carcovers.com. Very happy with the outcome and fit.
